Neurohatchet's True Identity

Gasp! The true identity of the blue haired, weapon wielding heroine of the night is none other than Christine Overby! Yes, it's hard to believe, but I think everyone has a super power and a calling in life to do something great with that power. I am double majoring in Art and English at the cozy CSU Stanislaus. When I am not qucking at ducks, working in the studio, or doing insane amounts of reading, I am fighting injustices on the streets of Modesto. I love the company of my friends, family, and badass sidekick Boo.

I love writing stories, designing characters, painting, and all around just being creative. I'm very excited for this class because I get to do just that. I think that the Arts help to make the world a better place, whether you interpret the arts through nature, the human mind & experience, or just by what aesthetically pleases your being. Currently I am working on pieces that discuss gender, sexuality, feminism, folklore, dreams, and fear.

In the future I hope to publish a novel that I have been working on for years discussing all the six topics above I include in my artwork. I hope to have an awesome journey in life where I can meet many wonderful inspiring people along the way. I believe you should make the most of your life and take the time to learn about other places and peoples, to travel, and to take in Nature in its purest forms. =)
